I. Acceptance and Effectiveness of the Agreement

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and [Hymson (Jiangmen) Laser Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.] and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as “we” “us” or “the Company”) regarding the use of the resource download website [Hymson (Jiangmen) Laser Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. Website] and its subpages and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Your act of clicking to check “Agree”, registering an account, logging in, or using the Service to download any resources constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, please stop using the Service immediately.

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations and operational needs. The modified Agreement will be published on the Service and shall take effect on the date of publication. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you must immediately stop using the Service. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.

II. Service Content

You acknowledge that, prior to registering for and using the Service, you must possess the legal capacity required by the laws of the People’s Republic of China to engage in such activities. If you do not possess the requisite legal capacity, you must register for and use the Service under the supervision and participation of your legal guardian; you and your legal guardian shall bear all consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law.

The Service only provides resource download functions to Users who have completed registration and successfully logged in. Unlogged Users may only browse the public pages of the website and may not use any download functions.

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the download services at any time, and shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any such actions.

The Service is provided only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company does not guarantee that all resources can be downloaded normally, nor does it guarantee the download speed or that the Service will not be interrupted.

III. User Account

Users must register and log in to an account before using the download functions. Users shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and update it in a timely manner. If the Company is unable to contact the User using the most recent information provided, if the User fails to provide updated information in a timely manner, or if the information provided is clearly false, the User shall be liable for all losses and adverse consequences resulting therefrom.

Users shall be fully responsible for all download behaviors and activities under their accounts. Users shall properly keep their account passwords and shall not lend, rent, or sell their accounts to others.

If a User discovers that their account has been stolen or used without authorization, the User shall immediately notify the Company using the contact details provided in this Agreement. All losses arising from account theft due to the User's improper safekeeping shall be borne by the User alone.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the use of a User's account in accordance with the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.

IV. User Code of Conduct

When using the Service, Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and shall not engage in any illegal or irregular activities.

Users shall not use the Service to download or disseminate resources containing the following content:

Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution
Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity
Harming the honor and interests of the country
Distorting, defaming, profaning, or denying the deeds and spirits of heroes and martyrs
Advocating terrorism or extremism, or inciting the commission of terrorist or extremist activities
Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity
Undermining the state's religious policies, or advocating cults and feudal superstitions
Fabricating or spreading false or misleading information, or disrupting economic and social order
Advocating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, homicide, terror, or instigating crimes
Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon others' reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests
Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations

Users shall not reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or reverse compile the Service, interfere with the normal operation of the Service, or steal data from the Company or other Users.

Users shall not batch download resources on the Service, nor use any automated tools (such as crawlers, scripts, etc.) to perform download operations.

V. Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property rights of all resources provided by the Company in the Service (including but not limited to documents, software, images, audio, video, etc.) belong to the original right holders.

Resources downloaded by Users may only be used for non-commercial purposes such as personal study, research, or appreciation. Without the written permission of the original right holder, Users shall not copy, disseminate, modify, adapt, sell, or use the resources for any commercial purposes.

If a User believes that any resource on the Service infringes upon their intellectual property rights, please submit a formal notice (including proof of identity, proof of ownership, the link to the allegedly infringing content, and preliminary evidence of infringement) to the Company in accordance with the contact information provided in Article XI of this Agreement. Upon receiving a notice that meets the requirements, the Company will promptly take necessary measures in accordance with the law, such as removing, blocking, or disabling the link.

VI. Privacy Protection

The Company attaches great importance to the protection of Users' privacy and will collect, use, store, and protect Users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published by the Company.

The Company only collects personal information necessary for providing the download service (such as username, email address, etc.) and will not disclose Users' personal information to third parties without the User's permission, except as required by laws and regulations.

Users may access, correct, or delete their personal information. For specific operation methods, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

VII. Disclaimer

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to service interruptions, download failures, or losses incurred by Users arising from causes beyond the Company’s control, such as force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, system failures, communication line failures or the User’s own actions.

The Company makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, or security of any resources downloaded by Users. Users shall make their own judgment and bear all risks arising from the use of the downloaded resources.

Any direct or indirect losses arising from the User's use of the Service shall be borne by the User.

VIII. Termination of the Agreement

Users may terminate this Agreement at any time by canceling their account. After an account is canceled, the User remains liable for any obligations arising from the use of the Service prior to cancellation. By requesting account cancellation, the User is deemed to have waived all information and related rights (if any) associated with that account. The Company cannot restore such information or rights, and the User shall bear any inconvenience resulting therefrom.

If a User violates any terms of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate the provision of services to the User and pursue the User's legal liability.

After the termination of the Agreement, Users shall remain liable for all responsibilities and obligations incurred during their use of the Service.

IX. Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, performance, interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

If any dispute arises between the two parties regarding the content or performance of this Agreement, both parties shall try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before the People’s Court with jurisdiction over the place where the Company has its registered office.

X. Changes to this User Service Agreement

We reserve the right to amend this User Service Agreement at any time; the amended version shall take effect immediately upon its publication on the Service. We will notify you of any changes by publishing the new User Service Agreement on the Service and updating the ‘Last Updated’ date. We may also send you notifications of changes from time to time via various channels, such as website announcements, emails, text messages or in-app messages.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised User Service Agreement constitutes your acceptance of these changes.

XI. Other Provisions

Matters not covered herein shall be resolved by the two parties through separate negotiation.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

The headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provisions of this Agreement.
