Beyond the First Visit: Growing Trust with German Customers
A first visit marks the beginning of trust, while a follow-up visit after the equipment has been put into operation reflects recognition.
On August 19, representatives from German companies Elsing-Brüning Metallbau GmbH and BlechManufaktur Fey & Olp visited Hymson Laser Machinery again. Following the companies’ first visit in March this year, both companies once again sent representatives to China to gain a deeper understanding of Hymson Laser Machinery’s manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise, and product portfolio, and to exchange views on equipment applications, production requirements, and local service support.

From Showroom to Manufacturing Floor: A Comprehensive View of Our Capabilities
The German customer team began the visit at the Hymson showroom, where they gained further insight into the company’s development history, business portfolio, and technological expertise.

The team then visited the manufacturing facility to take a closer look at our capabilities in manufacturing complex production lines and to gain firsthand insight into our equipment R&D, manufacturing processes, and quality management capabilities.

From the showroom to the manufacturing floor, the visit gave the German customer team a more comprehensive understanding of Hymson Laser Machinery’s product technologies, manufacturing capabilities, and developments in the industry.
Equipment Delivery Marks a New Beginning for Cooperation: Exploring Further Opportunities Based on Customer Needs
Following the tour, both sides held in-depth discussions on equipment operation, processing requirements, user experience, and service support.
Through these discussions, we gained a clear understanding that customers look beyond equipment performance specifications. They also place significant importance on whether the equipment can operate reliably over the long term, whether it can closely match actual production requirements, and whether timely and effective technical support is available throughout the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales process.
Based on their actual experience with the equipment, the customers discussed with us further opportunities for cooperation in line with their current and future production requirements.
Strengthening Local Service for Long-Term Cooperation
During the visit, the customers provided positive feedback on Hymson Laser Machinery’s overall capabilities and equipment performance, while also expressing their recognition of the service support provided by the local German team. With support from our local European team, Hymson Laser Machinery continues to provide service that is more closely aligned with local needs and respond more promptly to customer requirements, helping customers realize the full value of their equipment.
From equipment delivery to ongoing service, Hymson Laser Machinery focuses not only on equipment delivery itself, but also on whether the equipment can continue to create value after it is put into production.
From the companies’ first visit in March to the second visit by their representatives in August after the equipment had been put into operation, the two visits reflect the gradual deepening of cooperation between both sides—from initial contact and equipment deployment to ongoing communication.
For Hymson Laser Machinery, this second visit by representatives of the two companies reflects positive feedback on our products and services, while also enabling us to continuously gain a better understanding of customer needs in real-world production environments.
