From Germany to Jiangmen: When European Manufacturing Standards Converge with Hymson Laser Machinery
On March 25, representatives from three German sheet metal processing companies visited hymson laser machinery for a site visit and technical exchange. The visiting companies included Levi Meyer Industrie und Schweißermontage, Blechmanufaktur Fey & Olp, and Elsing Brüning Metallbau GmbH.
Accompanied by Mr. Zhu , General Manager of hymson laser machinery, the delegation toured the company’s exhibition hall, lithium battery production workshop, and sheet metal equipment manufacturing base. They also gained first-hand insight into how the equipment is applied in actual production environments.
During the exchange at the production base, the technical team conducted a live demonstration of the new model HyLaser PRO, developed for international markets, focusing on typical sheet metal processing applications. Key features showcased included Sky Eye , automatic nozzle changing, and the HyAuto automated loading and unloading system.
According to the on-site technical staff, Sky Eye enables intelligent identification of remnant areas on metal sheets, improving material utilization and reducing waste. The automatic nozzle changing function minimizes manual intervention and ensures continuous and stable cutting processes. The HyAuto supports continuous automated production, reducing labor input.
